What is it?
“A silky facial toner with 5% Panthenol + Natural Moisturising Factors (NMF) to hydrate and soothe all skin types.”
Notable ingredients:
Panthenol (5%) also known as Pro-vitamin B5, beneficial for hydrating, soothing and strenghtening the skin barrier.
NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factors) components naturally present in the skin helping to keep the top layer of the skin hydrated. Amino acids (in this formula coming from chopped up Rice Protein), Urea, PCA, sodium PCA, Lactic Acid Acid and Diglycerin are all NMFs.
Allantoin known for its skin soothing and skin protecting abilities, that works in synergy with Panthenol.
My thoughts:
Has a clear watery texture that sinks right in, with no noticeable scent to it. I used it both during my AM and PM routine and I appreciate how light it feels, especially during hot summers like this one has been so far. It’s a very light toner that provides basic hydration. Great for layering and a good option for those using strong actives in their routine.
Other useful observations:
โข Has a PAO of 6 months; product comes in a 110 ml (3.7 fl oz) bottle
โข Although soothing, it might not feel hydrating enough for individuals with very dry skin.
